What is this opportunity?
Anchora is seeking an experienced IT support specialist to join our remote team. With 3 years in Level 3 Help Desk or IT Support and MSP background, you will troubleshoot complex issues for end users and maintain Windows environments. You will work remotely Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm US Eastern Time, balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. You will leverage Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, and Windows Autopilot to configure, deploy, and support client devices. J-18808-Ljbffr
