Terms and Conditions

These terms explain how people and organisations may use Sduella's opportunity search, preparation, matching and introduction services.

Last updated: 30 August 2026

1. Using Sduella

Sduella is a worldwide opportunity discovery, preparation and permissioned introduction platform. Public visitors can search jobs, early-career opportunities, study funding and business funding. Account holders can save opportunities, manage alerts, build role-specific profiles, use practice tools and control organisation discovery. You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in details secure and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless you promptly report unauthorised access.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

You must be legally able to accept these terms in your country. If you are below the age at which you can enter this agreement independently, a parent or lawful guardian must approve your use where required. One person should not create misleading identities or use another person's documents. Organisations must use a separate organisation workspace and business contact details. Organisation access does not create a second seeker identity.

3. Opportunity Information

Sduella collects and normalises information from public sources, connected data providers and organisations that publish through Sduella. Listings can change, close, be withdrawn or contain source errors. Sduella does not guarantee that every opportunity is available, complete or suitable for you. Unless a listing clearly says otherwise, Sduella is not the employer, training provider, university, lender, investor or funder. An application normally continues on the provider's website. Check the current eligibility, deadline, costs, obligations and application instructions before acting.

4. Practice, Knowledge and Capability Evidence

Practice and knowledge tools support preparation. They are not professional certification, academic credit or a guarantee of employment, admission or funding. Sduella may record completed work as capability evidence only where the activity is designed to support that evidence. Missing information is not a negative score. Practice content can be reviewed, corrected, versioned or withdrawn when a source or standard changes.

5. Improving AI Work and Public Examples

Improve AI work activities ask you to revise an imperfect AI-produced work sample. AI feedback and scores may be incomplete or wrong. They support practice and do not replace qualified professional, medical, legal, accounting, academic, admission or funding advice. Your revisions are private by default. If you separately choose to submit a reviewed version as an anonymous public example, Sduella may moderate, reject, remove or revoke that publication for privacy, safety, quality or legal reasons. Public-example permission is separate from organisation matching. You may revoke it through the available control without deleting the private attempt. Do not include patient identifiers, another person's confidential information, deceptive application claims or material you do not have the right to share. Health activities do not authorise diagnosis or treatment, and bursary activities do not establish eligibility.

6. Matching and Introductions

Organisation matching compares an organisation's stated criteria with information a user has permitted for discovery. A match is an explanation of possible relevance, not a final decision or recommendation. Initial matches are pseudonymous. An organisation may request an introduction and identify the categories or documents it wants. The user decides whether to accept and what to share. Organisations must use shared information only for the stated opportunity or need, protect it appropriately and follow applicable employment, education, credit, equality and data-protection law.

7. Organisation Workspaces

An organisation must provide truthful identity, team and opportunity information. Sduella may require verification before publishing, matching or insights are enabled. Workspace owners are responsible for team access and for removing people who no longer need access. Organisations may not scrape profiles, bypass introduction controls, discriminate unlawfully, request irrelevant sensitive information, publish deceptive opportunities, charge undisclosed fees or use Sduella for spam. Sduella may pause a listing, workspace or feature while reviewing safety, authenticity or compliance concerns.

8. User Content and Documents

You keep ownership of information and documents you submit. You give Sduella a limited permission to store, process and display that material only as needed to provide the features you request, protect the service and meet legal obligations. You must have the right to upload the material and must not upload malicious files or another person's confidential information without authority. Sharing a document through an accepted introduction gives the receiving organisation access for the stated purpose.

9. Alerts, Email and Advertising

Opportunity alerts are sent according to the interests, frequency and consent saved in your account. Marketing is a separate choice. Essential account, verification and security messages may be sent when needed to provide the service. Sduella is advertising-supported. Ads and affiliate links may appear in public feeds or other suitable areas. An advertisement or affiliate relationship does not mean Sduella guarantees the advertiser, product or outcome. Advertising privacy controls are provided where required by applicable law.

10. Acceptable Use

You may not use Sduella to break the law, harm another person, distribute malware, interfere with service operation, evade access controls, collect personal information without authority, send unsolicited bulk messages or submit copied assessment content without permission. You may not present Sduella data as your own database, resell access without written permission or use automated access that places unreasonable load on the service. Normal search-engine crawling of public pages remains subject to robots and technical controls.

11. Availability and Changes

Sduella may add, change, suspend or retire features to improve reliability, safety or legal compliance. Data providers and external websites may be unavailable without notice. We aim to preserve account and opportunity data during changes, but uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Sduella is not responsible for decisions made by independent employers, institutions, funders, advertisers or external websites, or for losses caused by relying on an expired, altered or fraudulent external listing. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. If a problem can reasonably be corrected, please contact Sduella so we can investigate it.

13. Suspension and Closing an Account

You may stop using Sduella and request account closure. Sduella may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance or a serious breach of these terms. Some consent, suppression, security and transaction history may be retained where necessary to honour opt-outs, protect users, resolve disputes or meet legal obligations.

14. Privacy and Contact

The Privacy Policy explains how Sduella handles personal information, documents, capability evidence, matching, introductions, location, advertising and organisation outreach. Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected].

15. Changes to These Terms

The current version and updated date appear on this page. If a change materially affects an account feature, Sduella may also provide notice in the product or by email. Continuing to use the affected service after the change takes effect means the updated terms apply, subject to rights that cannot be waived by contract.
